Terms & Condition:
Photography :Please allow up 10 business days for processing of yours photos. Should your departure cross the finishing of your photos, we will mail you the material to your home address against mailing cost.
Payment terms : To ensure your wedding arrangement and the date of your wedding, we will required a deposit of 50% of total arrangement agreement or as per pro-forma invoice on confirmation date, the deposit can be made via money transfer to resort account or via credit card with the authorize form. And remaining balance was required within 15 days before event date.
Additional expenses which are not finalized in advanced, added or changed on site will be due on arrival or on order.
Cancelation policy
Cancellation received 30 days prior to event date will be charge a cancellation fee equal to value of 25% the total pro-forma invoice (plus tax & service charge).
Cancellation received 15 days prior to event date will be charge a cancellation fee equal to value of 50% the total pro-forma invoice (plus tax & service charge).
Cancellation less than 7 days and No show will be charge equal to the entire value of the reservation (plus tax & service charge)
